Subject	headlights, dash lights flick briefly when brake pedal

Message	My headlights, and dash lights do a very brief flicker when the brake pedal is depressed. Normal or possible bad ground? Just do not remember it doing this in the past. The only thing I have done recently was a timing belt change and replaced the bulbs in the driving lights with 55w ers
